My friend Angela introduced me to Hammerpress several weeks ago. Hammerpress makes letterpress art prints, posters, everyday cards, holiday cards, postcards, gift tags and other items. They also create custom invitations for weddings and events. I have a paper fetish and their designs are unique so naturally I loved the place. The store has sort of an Indie and Urban feel to it which is very different from Johnson County. I enjoy getting out of my box and exploring new places. Hammerpress is located across the street from Hamburger Mary’s (which is a whole other experience) at 110 Southwest Blvd. in Kansas City, Missouri. They also have a website where you can purchase their products.
