I don’t know that wearing stripes has ever been out of style, but it’s really en vogue right now. Normally I avoid clothing with horizontal stripes. I’ve always read they make you look wider, but this year I’m throwing caution to the wind and wearing them anyway. I started with a few cami’s because I thought I could throw a cardigan over them and they wouldn’t be quite so widening. I’ve since added a few t-shirts and I can’t seem to stop being drawn to stripes. I thought about creating a few fashion collages, but it’s not really my forte. I would love to have a personal stylist because I don’t really like having to think about what to wear. Polyvore is a great website many people use to put fashion ensembles together. It’s not just for fashion though. You can also use polyvore to create mood boards for decorating and virtually anything you want. These fashion boards were created by people I follow on polyvore. I decided to leave it the people who are truly passionate about fashion.

Dawn,
I love these boards you curated! I would wear each and every outfit. Though, I think the one with the coral lace skirt is my favorite!

I like this post, it has confirmed my purchase of stripe
shirts this spring is in style. Style in my household is
usually handled by my girls so now you have given great
suggestions for putting outfits together. Thanks.

I think you have great style Cindy. I am seeing stripes everywhere and paired with florals which I would never think to do, but it looks good together.
