I’m a t-shirt and jeans kind of gal, but sometimes it can be hard to find a good fitting t-shirt. My friend Diane would question how I could possibly need another t-shirt, but they are essentials in my wardrobe. I can never have enough t-shirts. They’re comfortable, versatile and easy to dress up with a fun necklace or scarf. I typically don’t like to spend a lot of money on them. After a season or two I’ve found they need to be replaced regardless of how much I’ve spent. With that being said, if they’re too cheap, they don’t even last through the summer months.
I began my search for the perfect t-shirt last month. I went to my favorite stores first and left empty handed. My friend Christine suggested I try JCPenney. I don’t shop their very often, but I’ve noticed they are starting to carry better merchandise. To my surprise I came out with at least six new t-shirts and went back for more. I purchased the above styles. The a.n.a brand and JCP scoop neck both have a little spandex in them which I like. The slub t-shirt is a little softer and more forgiving. There are a plethora of styles, colors and cottons to choose from. If you still haven’t found the perfect t-shirt for this summer give JCPenney a try. You can’t beat the price they are on sale for roughly $8 a piece. Do you have a favorite or trustworthy brand of t-shirt? If so, please leave me a comment.
