I hesitated to write a whole post on my new favorite potato chip, but these Wasabi Ginger Kettle Chips are that good. I came across them while in the checkout line at Wal-Mart. Those endcaps get me every time. I’m one of those impulsive shoppers who spies a new product on an endcap and nine times out of ten throws into the cart. If you like the taste of Wasabi you will love these chips. If you’ve never tasted Wasabi give these chips a try.
Lay’s Wasabi Ginger Kettle Cooked Chips are crunchy with just the right amount of wasabi flavor and aren’t too spicy. Help me keep these chips in the stores by voting at Do Us A Flavor. There are several chips that are in the finals and the public gets to vote on which one to keep. In all fairness, I haven’t tried the others. The bacon mac and cheese sounds pretty darn awesome, but I’m sticking with Wasabi Ginger.
Pick up a bag of these chips this Labor Day weekend and enjoy! I’ll be taking a little break, but I’ll still be sharing my favorite finds on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter and Goggle Plus.
If you are looking for some new recipes to try on the grill this weekend. These are a few past recipes I’ve shared.
Molasses Grilled Pork Tenderloin
Grilled Broccoli and Onion Salad
If you decide to try a recipe or the chips, please leave a comment and let me know how you liked it. Don’t forget to vote and add a bag of Wasabi Ginger Kettle Cooked Chips to your meal!

I haven’t tried those chips yet. But we have tried the Bacon Mac & Cheese which are yummy and the Cappuccino chips….wouldn’t recommend.

Thanks Keri! I thought the bacon mac & cheese sounded good too, but didn’t see them in the store. Cappuccino doesn’t sound too good to me.
