I’ve teamed up with several bloggers to provide a KitchenAid Mixer Giveaway in the color of your choice. I have a red KitchenAid Mixer that I love. It makes mixing quick and easy. These pumpkin muffins take about 5 min to mix and pour into a muffin tin. I love making them throughout the fall season. I do most of my baking in the fall and winter months. The KitchenAid mixer also comes in handy when making mashed potatoes and many other delicious comfort foods.
Brought to you by these lovely ladies! Be sure to click on each person and it will take you straight to their site. You’ll love them!
Here’s the recipe for the pumpkin muffins. I added water which would technically make the recipe four ingredients, but who’s counting. I love chocolate so I used a whole bag of chocolate chips, but my family thought they were a little too chocolatey. Adjust the amount of chocolate chips to your liking. Be sure and check out my past collection of pumpkin recipes which includes these muffins. Happy Fall and don’t forget to sign up for the giveaway and visit the other bloggers.

Thanks Thalia, I hope you enjoy them. I add the water to make them a little less dense.

Of course you added the whole bag of Chocolate Chips! I like the way you operate! I made these, and they are good! I like a really good dense muffin, but I agree, a little water was needed.
