I love receiving packages in the mail and especially ones with cute packaging. The package above came from Uncommon Goods which offers unique creative designs and handcrafted gifts for everyone on your holiday list. Half of what they sell is made by hand by artists and most of the products are created in the USA. Also, roughly one-third of their items incorporate recycled and/or up cycled materials. I also love that they are a charitable company and donate a dollar per order.
I was thrilled to be asked to write a review of Uncommon Goods products and website. I love to shop, but as the holidays swiftly approach and stores get busier I seem to rely on internet shopping more and more. Uncommon Goods has all sorts of unique suggestions for Christmas gifts which can be found here. There are so many fun products that it will take you some time to shop. If you are on a strict budget they’ve even made it easy to shop by selecting gifts under $50 here.
I currently have a fascination (obsession) with wishbones. I ordered this handmade pewter wishbone which sits on my desk as a paperweight. It’s sculpted by Tamara Hensick and then hand cast in pewter by a California family owned business. Engraved on the wishbone are positive messages: Prosperity Abundance and All Your Dreams Come True. Health Wealth Love And All That Is Good. I love looking at my little wishbone and having those messages as daily reminders to me. Sometimes it’s the little things that give us the most joy!

My family loves to play games and I’m always looking for a new board game. Many games are played on phones, computers and iPads these days, but nothing beats a good old-fashioned board game especially when you have a large group. Uncommon Goods shares many different board games which are great to have on hand during the holidays. I plan on playing Split Decision with my family over Thanksgiving. My family would enjoy any of the games I’ve pictured. You can find a complete listing of games with reviews here.

If you regularly read my blog then you know I’m all about sharing my favorite finds. The items pictured above are a few things I thought were unique and would make great stocking stuffers for kids and adults. My kids look forward to opening their stockings almost as much as their big gifts. For more stocking stuffer suggestions click here.
I hope you’ve enjoyed this little glimpse into what Uncommon Goods has to offer and check out their website. I will be sharing more holiday gift guides after Thanksgiving. I don’t know about you, but I personally won’t be going out shopping on Black Friday when I can shop from home.
