I’ll be taking a little blogging break this week and hopefully a ton of smiling. This past February marked my three-year blogging anniversary. I’ve learned a lot in the past three years and I appreciate all of you who read my blog and follow me on my blogging journey. I thought I’d share some of my past favorite posts and perhaps you might discover one or two you missed. You can also search for past posts in my right side bar under the search tab, click on my menu tabs at the top or click on archives (in the right side bar) and search by month. I will continue to share things on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Pinterest. Click on each link if you’d like to follow me on those social media platforms.
These are a few of my favorite stories that make me smile:
Let Your Individuality Shine & Own It– My little neighbor girl Mia never ceases to amaze me with her confidence and charisma.
Do You Feel the Need to Be a Transformer– This was a great one for me to reread since I’ve been doing a lot of spring and summer clothes shopping. I think I’ve finally learned at my age what styles look good on me and what don’t. I need to just stick with those things that enhance my best assets and cover up the rest.
Fairy Houses Spread Joy– Sadly these houses are no longer around, but at least I have the pictures to remember them.
Why I’m not a DIY Diva– Need a good laugh? Read this!
How Tortellini Soup Warmed My Soul– This is an all-time favorite!
The Thief of Joy– A must read for anyone who likes to play the comparison game. Myself included!
You’re Never Too Old– Think 80 is too old to zipline? Think again!
Caught in a Lie– This story always comes to mind when I’m standing in line at the Southwest Airlines gate.
Saint Clare– Have a child going through Confirmation? This story will make you laugh.
Transitions– My neighborhood is going through another huge transition right now which makes me a little sad, but I know there will be more good times ahead.
I’ll end here so I don’t overwhelm you with all of my throwback stories. On Thursday, I’ll share a few throwback recipes which are reader favorites and next week I have a new easy salmon recipe I think you’ll love. As always I appreciate your comments and feedback. I won’t have time to respond to comments this week, but I do read all of them and will respond in a timely manner.
